The special report prepared by more than 100 scientists from 40 different countries presented to UN   on oceans & ice by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) warns that without steep cuts to greenhouse-gas emissions, fisheries will falter,  increase in average strength of hurricanes & rising sea water level.
